The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually adapted compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS youth home Ryds brunn receives school-age boys with psychosocial issues, criminality, and substance abuse.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied everyday life, where you alternate between established routines and quick interventions. You are secure, solution-oriented, and enjoy meeting people.
We would like you to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
IT and System Support (Administrative Level)
As the user-friendly IT support for the school and home, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting staff with login issues
- Setting up new individuals in AD
- Card administration for new and lost cards.
- Managing accounts and permissions in our internal systems.
- Basic settings in our systems
- Coordinating the school's and home's contact with external IT providers – you follow up on cases, ensure that the right support is engaged, and that issues are resolved (You are not responsible for technical installations or advanced troubleshooting – that is handled by our providers.)
- Assisting with the registry and supporting colleagues with administrative tasks such as registration.
Expedition and Administration
You will often be the first contact for the school and will be responsible for:
- Receiving deliveries and other visitors
- Handling incoming mail and administrative flows
- Updating lists and managing shared folders and their permissions.
- Ordering and organizing materials needed for operations
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma in administration and/or IT.
- Has experience in administrative work, preferably from schools or public sector
- Has very good digital skills and enjoys solving everyday user issues
- Thrives in a role where both people and systems need your help
- Has a driver's license for passenger cars
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Employment:
The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
